Mighty Mites Program

Our Mighty Mites Jiu Jitsu classes are for ages 3-5 years old. This class curriculum is customized to help our smallest grapplers with coordination, balance, manners, following directions, and basic very beginner Jiu Jitsu techniques. The goals and intentions behind this class is for these little ones to burn energy, make friends, understand the importance of using their manners, and to be ready to thrive upon entering kindergarten classes in school!
